How character identity stays consistent across scripts, and when to create a new one.
A character defines the creator identity a script renders with — appearance and delivery style stay consistent across scenes within the same script, and across scripts if you reuse the same character.
Reuse one character when you want a consistent face across a campaign or an ongoing weekly cadence. Create a new one when you're testing a different creator style, or producing for a different client or product line that shouldn't share a face.
