A render is stuck in the queue

A render waiting in queue is usually just behind other renders — see concurrent render limits for why that happens. If a render has been queued well beyond your usual wait time with nothing ahead of it, that's not expected behavior.

Before contacting support, check whether other renders in the workspace are also stuck — if only one is affected, note its ID from the render detail page; that speeds up investigation considerably.
