Running multiple client briefs through one creative system
Agencies don't need a separate production process per client — they need client context kept isolated while reusing the same proven structures.
Agencies running UGC production for multiple clients face a specific version of the briefing problem: not just one product to explain, but several, each with its own context that can't leak into another client's account. The usual response is to run each client through a separate, mostly manual process — which scales headcount linearly with client count.
The alternative is keeping one template system — proven scene structures, tested hook formats — and running each client's brief through it independently. Client context stays isolated; the underlying structure doesn't have to be reinvented per account.
What stays constant, what doesn't
Templates and scene structures reuse across clients. Product context, tone and brand voice don't — those live in each client's own brief. Separating the two is what makes it possible to add a new client account without adding a new production process.
