Shipping your first campaign without a production team
Founders know the product better than anyone they'd hire. That knowledge is enough to start, without an agency or a camera crew.
Founders usually delay their first video campaign for the same reason: it feels like it requires hiring someone first — a creator, an editor, an agency. That's true if the plan is to hand off the product story to someone else to interpret. It's not true if the founder's own understanding of the product is the actual starting material.
A founder writing down what the product does, who it's for, and what tone it should carry is a complete creative brief. No creator roster is required to turn that into scripts and scenes — the brief and a template are enough to start.
This doesn't replace hiring a creative team later, once there's a cadence worth scaling. It changes what the first campaign requires to exist at all — a clear brief, not a production budget.
